I am a current Belair Direct insurance customer and had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with really poor service.
They make you feel as if they are doing you a favour by doing business with them.
for a mere 500 miles, it is not worth your time. I am now on the phone with RBC insurance to switch my policy and now enjoying dealing with pleasant agents who treats costumers appropriately.
